You can visit our gallery, choose a painting from the wall, pay for it by cash or credit card and become its proud owner. Payments by bank transfer, demand draft or cheque will have to await crediting of the amount to the account of ARTsmart-a Gallery before the painting is handed over.

You can also buy online by placing an order and arranging payment to be made by credit card, bank transfer, demand draft or cheque and the painting will be sent to you after the amount is received in the account of ARTsmart-a Gallery.

A certificate of authenticity issued by the artist will be made available to the customer.

All prices are inclusive of VAT of 12.5 %. Packing, insurance and courier charges will be charged extra as per actual costs incurred.

Demand draft/cheque should be made in favour of ARTsmart - a Gallery, payable at Trivandrum and mailed/couriered to the address below with complete details of your order:

Paintings can be booked against partial advance payment for a maximum period of seven days. If the balance payment amounting to 100% of cost along with 12.5 % VAT is not received within this period, ARTsmart will refund the partial advance payment to the customer and will be free to sell the work to anyone else or retain it in its collection.

The purchased paintings will be professionally packed so that it reaches the customer safely. ARTsmart will not be responsible for any damage during transit. However, ARTsmart will help the customer in recovering the compensation from the concerned courier and insurance companies.

The paintings will be sent in rolled condition through a courier such as DHL or FedEx. The tracking code will be conveyed to the customer after the shipment is handed over to the courier.

All paintings are sold on no return basis.

Any disputes are subject to the courts in Kerala.
